Touchstone’s TechTeak cabinet is finished at the factory with “Teak-Shield”. Reapplication of “Teak-Shield” is recommended over the life of your cabinet depending on your location’s weather.

This innovative non-oil finish for teak offers a protective barrier against stains and mildew, allowing moisture to escape from the wood effectively. The transparent Teak Shield formula not only preserves the natural patina color of teak but also forms a barrier that makes it difficult for liquids to seep into surfaces. This protective layer prevents mold and mildew growth, ensuring that liquids bead on the surface instead of staining the furniture. This feature facilitates easy cleaning as spills can be effortlessly wiped away.
